PNC Bank

"Gracefully steered our team from the RFP and vendor selection through the project initial production release, and then on to post implementation phases. Manages the project’s big picture with exceptional ease. She and her team understand and acknowledge competing priorities and slices through them to make the right decisions and move the project forward. She navigates stakeholders across lines of business while managing organizational risk, program and change management, technology, finance,  and tech delivery, and has earned the respect of all the leaders.:
