6. Accountability and Consequences: Implementing mechanisms to hold individuals accountable for toxic behavior, including disciplinary actions when necessary, while also offering opportunities for rehabilitation and growth.

7. Cultural Reinforcement: Celebrating and recognizing positive behaviors and initiatives that contribute to a healthy and inclusive culture, while also actively discouraging and addressing toxic behaviors.

8. Continuous Monitoring and Improvement: Regularly assessing and monitoring the organizational culture, soliciting feedback from employees, and making adjustments as needed to sustain positive change over time.
